Advanced Electrolysis

This video shown here displays the ultimate potential of on demand electrolysis. In this example the engine appears to being running entirely on water through the process of electrolysis. This is the second part of one split video, but it is mentioned in the first part, that these inventors will not mention who they are, just that they are from Australia. This process sounds different from the reported Stanely Myers water splitter, but apparently just as effective.
Things to Think About: Note the low water level, could this be part of the increased productivity? An alternate electric source is mentioned, could it be in time with the spark plugs, so that increased throttle means increased electricity? What else is noticed here that appears to increase productivity more than conventional practices?
